Rosemoor will be laden with festive treats this Sunday with the very best of local produce including cheese, meats, fish, wine, cider, pastries, puddings, jams and much, much more.

We've lived in this area for about 5/6 years and everyone raves about Sweetlands. We tried them out a couple of years ago and wished we'd done it sooner. The guys are all completely insane but know their meat! Fantastic produce, prices and people.
Visited the Little Ginger Pig recently and was really impressed with the quality of the food and service. It was great to find somewhere offering sandwiches using free range products and I was pleased to enjoy a delicious Free Range Chicken sandwich.
I love this shop, they sell everything herbs to joints of meat, ice cream to cakes and the wine to complement it all. It's delicious, reasonably priced and the staff are very helpful. A great place to visit especially as an 'all in one' truly local shop.
Farm shop of Peter Gott's famous Silfield Farm - Fantastic range of pork and wild boar products from the farm as well as local cheese and jams and locally sourced beef and poultry
We received a lovely friendly welcome to this appealing farmshop with a good range of local products - fresh bread, veg, cheeses/meats and much more. Some interesting products we'd not seen elsewhere! Definitely worth a visit.
Farm Produce; Fruit and Vegetables are the priority, always fresh and always in season; local eggs, bread, bacon, sausages and other meats; cheeses & olives, cooked meats, local game and much more. Coal and logs, Christmas decorations and trees, and much more. A local treat. Planners nearly obliterated the shop recently, but the application collapsed due to local pressure to keep our precious Farm Shop.
having a working contract in the basidon area, which lasted over the christmas period. i tried the free range food at boxes farm. i tried thier turkey at christmas, cooked upside down and full of fruit this was the best me and my boy's have ever tasted and made the day a special one where no one got of the table untill it was finnished (thats Boys).
after this i have been back for thier bacon and sausages and joints these have all been excellent and made the meals which i serve up to friends or family worth doing and great fun.
but best of all this year i wanted to treat some friends over the august bank holiday to a spite roast boxes farm advised me on how to do this, and where totally great and free with information the weekend was fantastic and all 36 friends that turn up said this was the best pork they had ever tasted.
all the best for the future and see you soon for more.
I haven't been for a while, however on all occasions I have been it has been great. Lots of local suppliers, from ordinary meat and veg (The chickens are fantastic if the same guy is still there!) to Ostrich and Cheese as well as Med food. Definitely worth a drive, and it isn't too sparse if you can't be one of the first there - something that always seems to be the case at a lot of farmers markets.
