I too loved their low fat olive salami. It does sound a bit weird - especially the thought of low fat salami in the first place, as fat is such a vital part of making salami - but it really is very good. Has a slightly different texture to normal salami, but the flavour is excellent - and you don't taste the olives, they just add saltiness and moisture.

There's also a Philip Warren's in Liskeard which is just as good. The staff are great and very knowledgeable, always giving advice on what's best for certain recipes. They are also very funny and we have a laugh every-time we go in there!

It's great that we can find out exactly where the meat comes from and it's often been raised just a mile or two from where I live.
