I had a wing rib the other day, havent eaten beef like it, very tender, great marbeling, its really exciting getting the oportunity to try all these old breeds, longhorn is my favourite so far closely followed by dexter. Polly is a pleasure to deal with and will spend hours with you showing you round and talking about her herd and beef, wonderful. Well done
