I used to get their organic mixed fruit and veg box every week - it's excellent and always very well presented, comes with inspiration and ideas for its contents! Was the highlight of our culinary week. Now in Brighton, am looking to get one going again....
not sure it's the best restaurant in Brighton, but very good. there's a private room below, the old Bank Vault - a great room for a special occasion. their beef is excellent.
very nice. all organic I seem to recall - went there in the middle of a stormy winters day! an amazing setting on the seafront. food was excellent and for a pricy (ish) restaurant the portions were decent.
