Bakers are renowned for good service and quality meat in Nailsea, the choice of meats and cuts is brilliant.
They have the only local abatoir in the area so the meat is from local farms and has not had to travel far.
Their pork and beef Sausages are the best I have ever tasted and these come combined witrh Chinese pork and minted lamb chops as part of a bar b q pack.
All in all Bakers provide seasonal meats and game that never disappoints.

The shop is open and light and really worth a bit of your'e time. They have an excellent in house Butcher that has a hugh variety of cuts and meat on sale including old style cuts such as Skirte and Brisket, there is also a specials board to take advantage of.
There is also a great variety of dairy products made locally available and also some good cakes and sponges that wont break the bank.
All in all you will come out with less money then you went in with but you will have found a great little shop.
