Have tried the excellent Twineham Grange Farmers' Hand Cheese several times. It's a vegetarian English version of Parmesan and is excellent. All the cheeses they make are suitable for vegetarians and although I am not a big fan of Ricotta personally, they have a new cheese I plan to try called Sussex Farmer. Have yet to try their pasta but this is on my list for sometime soon when I see them at our Farmers Market. The fact that the pasta is made from free range eggs is a big bonus.
