Shopping at Unpackaged is a joy. Not only can you do your bit to reduce waste going to landfill by taking along your own containers to fill up with organic dry goods, fruit & veg, cheese, olive oil and all manner of other goodies (not to mention eco cleaning products, shampoo etc), but the shop looks beautiful and Cath and her team are always friendly and helpful. Go there! But don't forget your tupperware. (Although if you do, they sell a really good range in the shop.)

What fantastic service Julian and all at A1 give! I recently catered for a week-long yoga retreat at the beautiful Caradoc of Tregardock (http://www.tregardock.com/) and Julian delivered everything we needed to the house - excellent quality fruit and veg, dairy and dry goods, much of it local, organic or Faritrade. He will even go to other local shops to pick up essentials like candles and toilet paper - and pass them on at cost. Can't recommend A1 highly enough.

With over 85% of his ingredients sourced from the area covered by the tube network, chef Oliver Rowe shows that Londoners can eat local too. The menu at Konstam reads like poetry, the food is delicious and the staff are friendly and helpful.
