This is my favourite local health food shop by far - a definite cut above Holland and Barrett in terms of staff knowledge and product range, but without the greener-than-thou air that mars some health food stores. Half of the shop is devoted to a wide range of food, including very reasonably priced whole-foods, products for special diets, an incredible range of teas/other drinks and a good selection of Clearspring (Japanese) products. The back of the shop stocks all the vitamins, minerals or other supplements you could wish for, plus a big range of toiletries. You'll find everything in here from basics to the more exotic, all delivered by helpful but not overbearing staff.
