If it is late morning and Sunday and your only just getting up then don't reach for the cornflakes, get yourself down to The Sanctuary Cafe on Brunswick Street East, Hove and have one of their delicious vegetarian Sunday roasts instead. The Sanctuary serves vegetarian and vegan food made with locally sourced and mainly organic ingredients. Oh, and if you happen to have forgotten that you are still wearing your pyjamas, don't worry, in Brighton anything goes :)

To Infinity and beyond.......
Infinity has 2 shops - one is the health food and eco product shop, on North Road at the top of Kensington Gardens and the other is the cafe just around the corner on Gardner Street. I frequent the shop on a regular basis for a variety of products and I especially love their bread. Great for muffins and slices of pizza to take to the park too! The staff are also so friendly and helpful.

I had heard of this place from other vegetarian friends but could never find it and used to have to settle for a meat eaters idea of what entails vegetarian food. Then one day, whilst being yet again greatly disappointed to not find a cheap and good veggie place to eat, I found myself right outside the cafe door. The food is excellent. Lots of great home cooking served piled high with veggies and salads and all for only a few pounds. I highly recommend this place. Oh, and they sell alcohol and great coffee too!
