I have been buying meat from Blackbrook for almost 2 years now and in that time I can safely say that I have never had anything other than the finest quality produce. I have purchased hampers, barbeque boxes and individual items and have visited the farm on one of their open days which was a great insight into the breeding of fine quality livestock. I have eaten at fine restaurants and tasted great food and I would say that any top class restaurant would be happy to cook any of the fabulous meats that are on offer.
