These guys are amazing! I get all my meat from there farm shop in Downpatrick. They really know what they are talking about, the butcher also keeps the animals so he is very knowledgeable on every aspect of the meat. An absolute expert in his field. I have never tasted pork and beef like it, properly hung, butchered meat. I also would go NO WHERE ELSE for my Christmas Turkey and Ham. They have a great online website too, which I order from when I can get down.
