Happy Meats produce really good, tasty, free range and rare-breed meat. Was first converted by their lamb, then their superb dexter beef. Longer than average hanging times for beef/lamb/pork means very flavoursome meat. Gloucester old spot pork is a must, and great old spot and apple burgers too. Well worth trying.
