Whenever I visit Taylors, I feel relaxed enough to ask stupid questions..."So, how do you cook that?"..." What does that mean?" .... "Is that enough for 2?" - I'm never patronised just given very good advice and excellent meat and poultry. I work full time and trying to fit in shopping can be a bind - I really appreciate the early opening (7:45 ish) so that I can pop in on my way to work.

A few months ago I recieved the Taylor's email that advised how to make the best pork crackling - it looked weird and wonderful but I thought I would give it a go. I tried it out when my mother-in-law was visiting. She initially said, "no, no, I love it but I mustn't - I might damage my teeth". Well I persuaded her try a little and then there was no stopping her..."best crackling ever, can I have some more...". Thanks for keeping me in the will.

My husband doesn't shop - but he adores the various prepared meals - chicken rosti being a particular favourite. Thanks for keeping me in the wallet.
