We bought a leg of lamb from the Hyden Organic Farm stall at Winchester Farmers Market yesterday and it was the best lamb we have eaten for many, many years. Really well-hung meat, strong-coloured without any excess liquid and amazing flavour. This was the first contact we had had with them and they were very friendly and helpful. I notice they supply Winchester and Petersfield farmers markets and also meat boxes online, which we are sure to try very soon.
