Barleymow's has expanded greatly since it was opened six years ago. It stocks a good range of everyday meat, veg etc. as well as more special things for gifts or special ocassions. It has become something of a tourist and local attraction with its activity area for children and seasonal 'maize maze'. Definitely worth a visit.
This farmers market has a good range of stalls selling both basic and luxury goods. The basics are good value for money, particularly eggs, which are much cheaper than in the supermarket. It would be a good option for gifts or food for special occasions, as well as everyday. The location is rather cramped and hard to find, maybe it needs better advertising to raise awareness.
