This is an Organic Beef farm with just over 100 head of good beef cattle. They are fed on a diet of clover rich pasture and 100% organic feed, the resulting flavour in the meat is sensational. They are sold in the main through the Farmers Market network in Oxfordshire however you can call the farm and make a direct order. The Farm is run by Charles and Caroline Landless who live on site and have devoted their lives to producing some of the best tasting beef in the country. Very very highly recommended.
