Nicola cooks with such, well, passion. I have been enjoying Nicola food for over 5 years and have a number of personal favourites including: sausage rolls filled with New Forest Bacon (NFB), goats cheese (New Forest Goat Dairy, Sway) and caramelised onion tartlet, roast red pepper soup, and courgette and bacon (NFB) muffins.
