The guys and gals at Dilston do a fantastic job of keeping the freshest seasonal produce through the summer, autumn and to Christmas. As it is so fresh, I like to be organized and make batches of soups and stews to freeze, thereby extending my enjoyment into the New Year. Always a generous supply of fruit and veg, and I have been fortunate to visit the site where these are grown as it is also an English Heritage visitor attraction complete with ruined castle, and haunted chapel! How unique is that? Well done Dilston!!
