I have known this company for a good few years now, starting with a visit to the bakery for a children's educational visit. The bread and cakes they produce are superb, perhaps the wood fired brick oven makes a difference, but we thoroughly recommend their goods - if I am ever local to the shop or the bakery I'm always sure to stop.
