Want a decent coffee? Well this is the place to go. This New Deli embodies quality and local ethos. From Bread thats made less than 18 miles away, to imaginative sandwiches, interesting deli items, and even the locally ground bread making flour. Organic local vege, devine local cheeses, a wonderfully interesting selection of cooked meats, makes this must for all to go to. And while your there have a coffee the way it should be made

Getting the Fruit and Vege box and I find the quality excellent. Each week I am getting organic seasonal produce that you can tell has been lovingly grow as the flavours, and aromas are wonderful. And if you have the same product 2 weeks in a row e.g. Tomatoes, they try to make them different varieties. So one week we have large ripe juicy vine tomatoes, the next we had lush cherry ones.

Abel and Cole also have a great recipe suggestion page enabling you to experiment and expand your menu selections.

They offer a range of fruit and vedge grown on the farm, in addition they have other fruit and vedge produce that they don't grow. Thus offering a one stop. They also carry some local organic meats, buiscuits and cakes, plants and herbs.

For certain produce you can also pick your own. With an answer service that lets you know what is available to pick.

Great value on seasonal vedge - I got over a kilo of Asparagus for £4.75!

This is a traditional butcher and much much more. Not only do they have fantastic meat and poultry, they know the farms and source. They prepare meats in sauces, marinades, pastry so all you have to do is cook thm. They also offer pies, cheese, jams, sauces etc and free range eggs.

If you don't know how to cook a particualr cut they will advise. They are also VERY friendly happy people that will always put a smile on your face when you go in.

They catch the fish then offer for sale. The offering is purely on what they catch and fresh. Last week I brought some pollack, and went for a coffee, when I got back a boat had come in and they had fresh sole. Now thats fresh.

Happy happy animals, that make amazing food. Nothing mass produced, all tastes fantastic. They have won awards for their sausages and bacon. But nothing beats their Beef. They will trim it to how you like (with fat if you want!)

They also work with other local farmers and can provide vedge boxes, home made cakes etc.

Going to the shop takes you through some of Hampshires most beautiful country side, and there are great pubs on the way.

And you know what, Dave, Toby, Ronnie and Trudi (Partners) are lovely to talk to, passionate about the health and happiness of the animals and really really helpful.
They work hard for all the right reasons. Please go and support them.
