Chiswick is well served by the HUGE Supermarket that takes up 1/2 of the high road so it is a delight to enter the As Nature Intended Store - small but full of great organic veg, meats and other food stuff and prices that compare very favrourabley to the big store so you really must give it a try. They often have food tastings and other events and also have a post it board where you can request products that are not in store. The staff are very friendly too.
