An awful mail order service. Part of my order was unavailable but a note included advised it would follow shortly. I waited & waited but it didn't arrive, numerous e-mails were not replied to. A few phone calls gave empty promises of a refund & the goods. Finally four months later after i sent some texts i finally got my refund. I only wish i had reported this producer to Paypal so they could have taken action.
