We travel to our local farmers market monthly just to buy from Redhill. Always friendly and helpful, and very reasonably priced when you consider their pork is properly free range. I have yet to taste better pork, and wish more farmers would take a leaf out of Redhills book!
I was excited to hear about Woodcocks Butchers on here as I go through Boston quite often. However, I was disappointed to find out that that none of their meat is free range : (
I don't see the difference between meat farmed intensively locally, or from another county..... a big crapmed shed is a big cramped shed, where you build it is immaterial.
