The people running the stalls are normally great about telling you where things have come from and how they've been grown, slaughtered or caught, and the butchers are great at coming up with ideas on how to cook different cuts of meat. Would definitely recommend if you're in town!

They've got a fab meat pack that gives you a good selection of different cuts and if you don't eat one type of meat or if you still have some left over, they're more then happy to substitute something else. They now deliver as well, which is fab if you can't get to the store in time. They're always full of good ideas on how to use different types of meat and more then happy to tell you how to prepare things.
