We are passionate about food and passionate about the beautiful and fragile landscape of the Somerset Levels where we live and run the Tea Gardens. We use 100% Green Electricity and make all our own soups, lunches and fabulous cakes. We grow our own herbs and salads and have friends in the village who supply us with eggs collected fresh from the box, hedgerow and flowerbeds. We make all our own jam and another friend supplies us with soft fruit from their garden, also in the village. We love what we do!
