Arkenfield Farm Meats supply home produced and locally sourced Beef, Lamb, Pork and Free Range Eggs to Restaurants and direct to the public. All our beef is hung traditionally, on the bone for 28 days for extra tenderness and flavour. As well as attending various food festivals, We have a stall on Mold Market every Wednesday and Saturday. Meat is also available from Costcutters, Colwyn Heights, Colwyn Bay and Costcutters, West Shore, Llandudno. We also do home deliveries. We have a purpose built unit opening in Ruthin soon and are continually adding new outlets, making our produce more readily available. We are planning to start rearing free range chickens in the coming weeks.
I found the Arkenfield Farm Meats stall on Mold market after a friend recommended them to me. They're a bit hidden away so you have to seek them out but its definately worth it. Steaks are excellent, pork sausage to die for! but get there early they sell out fast. Friendly, knowledgable staff could answer my questions with a real passion for what they do. Prices on a par with the supermarkets was a pleasant suprise too.
