Ashlyns Farm is run by the Collins family and is a well established business which farms 1500 acres of organic land near Ongar in Essex.
It is a demonstration farm for the Soil Association who have been campaigning for many years to improve organic standards.

Great shop with all types of organic produce including a butchers and fishmongers (fridays only). Children's playground and farm animals to see too.
They also are involved in providing school dinners and accomodating school visits.
Seasonal events such as Pumpkin Carving are very popular.

Lovely renovated barn filled with organic fruit and vegetables, from what I remember all their produce is local including the meat. Helpful and friendly staff, definitely worth the visit if you are in the area.
