We are a Soil Association certified Organic company rearing rare breed Belted Galloway cattle, Tamworth pigs and a mix of sheep. Eggs are from traditional and mixed breeds. We have an open farm policy where people are welcome to visit and see the farm. We also keep alpacas for fibre. The slow growing breeds encourage a delicious flavoured meat to develop and once hung properly in our butchery it is succulent and tender to eat. Animal welfare is a priority - contented animals living a natural life give better flavour (in our opinion).
