Our family has produced milk at Syke Farm near Mauchline for many generations. We have recently started producing Farmhouse Ice Cream which we make using our own fresh milk and cream from our prize winning herd of pedigree Ayrshire cows, along with fresh free-range egg yolks.
We also produce fruit sorbet in the classical French way using fresh fruit, which is sourced locally wherever possible. The ingredients that we use in all of our products are all natural without exception. We use no artificial flavourings or preservatives.
Our large range of ice creams and fruit sorbets have a truly delicious traditional taste, something that is so often lost in today's factory methods of mass production.

Having tried many quality ice creams I found the Ayrshire Farmhouse flavours to be the best with a very creamy texture and natural flavour. Would strongly recommend trying them as you wont buy anything else after it! Supplied from the Catrine House Farmshop in take away tubs and as a sit-in treat. Superb.
