We grow a huge range of organic fruit and vegetables. We also produce our own grass-fed, slowly matured organic beef, our own organic lamb, and free-range organic chickens. We have a deli that stocks fabulous artisan British cheeses, organic charcuterie, organic pasta, and our own prepared meals. The shop, an eighteenth century barn, is one of the most beautiful you are ever likely to visit
This wonderful farm shop's wide range of organic produce is ultra fresh and of excellent quality. All the meat I have bought has been tender and full of flavour, and the organic chickens are the best I have ever tasted. I was especially impressed that they have organic Swiss Chard, my favourite greens, among all the other delicious vegetables and salad items. My favourite among the cheeses is Wigmore, a marvellous creamy sheeps' cheese which, in my opinion, compares more than favourably to Brie. Shopping at Back to the Garden is a most enjoyable experience in the magnificent barn, and when I am shopped out I cannot resist having one of their delicious coffees.
