Rearing Lambs, Chickens and Turkeys the traditional way, free to roam the marsh meadows in small flocks so that individual attention can be given to each animal or bird. I have tried this lamb on many occasions now. I like the way the animals are looked after. The meat tastes really delicious - as meat used to taste when I was a girl. I have recommended this company to friends who are of the same opinion. I will tell them about this site and hopefully they will also write review about this lamb. I had a turkey from them at Christmas. We stopped eating turkey years ago because they did not taste of anything but this one was wonderful and we will order another one this year.
