Our delicious gluten free sausages have been made in Marylebone since we established London's first all-sausage emporium in December 1989. Only top quality lean cuts of meat, together with the finest herbs and spices go to make up our seasonings, which are then blended with the finest fresh fruit and vegetables to produce our authentic range.
We do not use rusk or any form of wheat additive in our meat sausages. All Atkins devotees and coeliacs take note. We source only fresh British welfare pork, lamb, beef and venison. We never use MSG or GM ingredients and our sausages are hand made in natural skins with low fat and salt content.

Evidence all those, including supermarkets, which have tried to emulate our concept and duplicate our range, this reflects our innovative position in the market. With Biggles there's only real substance, and we call it meat.
