we are traditional hill farmers,living in the peak district national park. Our animals,though not organically farmed,are kept "extensively". we sell our own beef and lamb and local pork.our beef is hung 2 weeks for the best flavour, our lambs "reared on heather to taste better". we dry cure our bacon,our sausages are "whole pig"for extra meatiness.4th generation farmers we take a great pride in the welfare of our livestock and the quality of our products.
