Deep in the Yorkshire Dales, a delicious ice cream is produced.
Enjoy the creaminess and flavour of over 30 types of Brymor ice cream, made from the milk of pedigree Guernsey cows that graze on the lush pastures of High Jervaulx Farm.
Choose from a range of mouth watering ice creams and sorbets, cream cheesecakes, gateau, hand crafted traditional cheeses, clotted cream or deliciously thick double cream.
Brymor Dairy is lovely. The icecream is delicious and comes in a wide variety of flavours. I like to try a couple first in the cafe and then pick some to take home. They are very good and will wrap it up well so it can last the car journey home. You can also visit the lovely ruined abbey nearby and walk off the icecream.
Brymor Dairy has to be the best place to get an ice cream on a hot day, even if it is a long drive from where you live, trust me if you are a lover of ice cream then this place will be your idea of heaven! I went here with a few friends one day and was bowled over by the immense list of different flavours to choose from, from chocolate brownie to pineapple to rhubarb crumble to ginger and black cherry to name a few! If you have trouble making your mind up you can opt for a combination of flavours on one cone and buy boxes of your favourite flavour to take away. Theres a nice place to sit and eat your ice creams and if you feel like it, you can even go and meet the cows who made it! What a gem in the heart of North Yorkshire.
