Makers of top quality traditional sausages at just £3.00 lb delivered and home cured (not injection cured) bacon at just £2.50 250g. The bacon will not leach out water when you cook it, currently we have about 250 local, very happy customers having started trading in August 2010. We offer five flavours of sausage in a range of sizes (Bangers, Breakfast, Chipolata and Breakfast Burger) as well as various seasonal specials (e.g Salami, Faggots, Breadcrumb Coated Pork Goujons etc.). We can deliver direct to your home via our home delivery service locally or via courier if you are further a field. We also have a regular market stall on Saturdays at Guisborough (lots of free samples from the BBQ all day!) Please telephone for a full menu or see our website. All our sausages are pure shoulder and belly pork only with no unsavoury ingredients, just excellent local sausage. We achieve our very competitive pricing not by skimping on meat quality or content but by remaining very small and working from our own purpose built cutting and curing room, which we own outright. Fully registered and inspected by the FSA.

Having tried the Cleveland, Romany,Royal Garlic and Pork and Leek Sausages I think i can say with confidence that these sausages are the best yet ! They aren't an addition to a meal, these are the the meat to which you would add the vegetables to make a very substantial meal. No fat or grease, just pure meat and good taste. No leftovers when these are served! So good we travel from seaton carew to buy them !

Burtons Bangers provide the best sausages and bacon I have ever had. Both the bangers and breakfast sausage are meaty and tasty. The bacon is almost fat free and takes hardly any cooking and never leaves loads of water in the pan like supermarket bacon. My 84 year old mother says she has not had bacon and sausages like Burtons since she was a young women. Not only are all their products exellent quality their service is second to none. I have found both Dave and Jackie to be both friendly and helpfull. I always receive my order at the time agreed. I highly recommend Burtons Bangers.

Do you want Sausage that does'nt shrink when you cook it???.
Do you want Sausage that has skin that is not thick but thin enough so you hardly notice it when eating.
Do you want Sausage that produces hardly any fat wastage when you cook it???, (frying or grilling).
Do you want Sausage that is full of flavour, and when it says PORK sausage you can taste the meat and flavour it is supposed to be???.

Home made sausages fresh straight from the premises into your pan/grill. You can get the larger Banger size or the smaller Breakfast Sausage in various flavours, from Pork to the more herby Romany flavour.

A sausage that as soon as you taste it, you know you are eating quality meat and you won't have a better sausage eating experience than this.

This sausage is the best i have ever tasted and has to be tried to be believed.

Not only are the sausages delicious, I have never found a suspect grisly bit lurking!! The skins to the sausages are not like plastic, do not split, and there is no fat swimming around the pan when cooking them. The taste in the three types we tried, together with the burgers in the same flavours are excellent, not over seasoned and with good texture. Not tried the veggie ones, but there again we aren't veggies so quite happy to stick with the Cleveland, Festival and the Romany. Chose the breakfast sausages rather than the big ones as we have smaller appetites so find them just right for us. They freeze well and althought I intended to freeze and have as a standby, they dont last long enough!!! As for the bacon - what a change not to have to drain off that white salty liquid. The bacon, both smoked and unsmoked actually crisps up, a rarity nowadays and does not shrink or make your mouth curl up with salt. About time - we can now get good quality at a good price delivered by a very friendly and pleasant Mrs. B. I have passed the word around my friends so hopefully they will join me, as a satisfied customer.

We have been geting a regular order from Burton's Bangers for a couple of months now and find the quality of his products outstanding. I think that we have tried most products ( except the veggie options) and have never been disappointed. Our firm favourite is the breakfast burger in any flavour. The bacon is the best we have tasted and does not leave any water in the pan. This makes it particularly good for pasta dishes. Have recommended the company to our friends and hope to continue to receive our weekly order from the friendly staff

FABULOUS!!!!
The friendly service, high standards and absolutely fabulous sausages - Burton's Bangers are an outstanding company! The 'banger' sausages are gorgeous perfect for a Sunday morning pick-me-up, taste and texture are perfect, its marvellous being able to eat sausages that you know have only the best ingredients!! Having a veggie option makes them so 'now' we eat both and really really couldnt recommend them any higher! 1st class!!! Long may it continue- I wont buy my sausages anywhere else!

Burtons Bangers - What a treat! Half the members of my family are meat eaters and the rest veggies including myself and it was refreshing to find a company who offered the same flavours in both a vegetarian range and meat range. I can only review the veggie ones first hand and they are delicious. All four flavours had the same texture which was like I remember a normal sausage to be. Having exhausted the supermarket veggie sausages and recently stopped buying them I was so so pleased to find a good quality, tasty and cheap alternative. Company great to deal with too.
The ORIGINAL is perfect with mash and gravy or with egg at breakfast as its not heavily spiced and the MOROCCAN I purchased as burgers (which they will do with all of the flavours) and they were beautifully spiced. The GARLIC AND HERB had a subtle flavour and I'm yet to try the final packet.
They cook from frozen which is perfect when you're a bit time short and they don't exude fat.
TOTALLY RECOMMEND - BURTONS BANGERS IS GOOD OLD FASHIONED FOOD WITH PROPER FLAVOUR

Recently tried several of the Burton Bangers sausages and all I can say is FANTASTIC, FANTASTIC, FANTASTIC. Super texture and flavour. The sausages did not shrink, split or stick. We loved the 'Best Pork' and the' Cleveland no 1' which were great as a supper and a breakfast sausage. The 'Royal Garlic & Herb' burgers were just sensational in buns for a quick lunch.

We also trried the bacon (both smoked and unsmoked) our favourite was the unsmoked which did not give off any water so did not shrink and tasted like good old fashioned bacon used to taste when I was young. I know that you will enjoy it too.
