I know nowadays 'award-winning sausages' is a phrase which is increasingly associated with lots of butcher (and sadly supermarkets too) but Chapmans really are the experts. There is a good range and some unusual recipes too. And that's not all - they also specialise in all sorts of rare breed pork, including traditional bacon and well-hung beef. With friendly staff and a central location in this small but busy market town (with a small but good farmers' market 2nd Sat of every month) - who could hope for more?!
