' I work to the concept of the real food eating experience. The chocolates are entirely handmade using my own "in house" recipe. A blend of creamy Belgium chocolate, real fruit and finest liqueurs! The centres are individually hand dipped in tempered chocolate to give a snappy outer shell. Rolled in a coating of either chocolate flakes, cocoa powder, sugar dusting, toasted hazelnuts or coconut to compliment the individual flavours.'

Apologies for the photograph of myself "dipped" in chocolate...It was used in a cheeky foodie calandar and was great fun coming up with ideas...My face expresses it all ..I couldn't believe I was coating myself with chocolate!!! but good for the complection!
