I buy pork sausages and roasting beef from Cig Lodor at Pembroke Farmers' Market every other week. They are exceptionally tasty and good value as well.
Lodor Fach is a sheep, beef and pig farm with a butcher's farm shop on the yard. It produces sweet Preseli mountain lamb and naturally reared beef and pigs. The beef is hung and well matured to be enjoyed at its best. The bacon is home dry cured (with no added water). The sausages and burgers are low in preservatives and contain 90% well trimmed meat.
Visitors are welcome to visit the farm shop with no obligation to buy. They offer home delivery in temperature controlled boxes anywhere in the UK. You can visit the stall at the following Farmers’ Markets - Haverfordwest, Fishguard, Pembroke, Riverside and Roath at Cardiff. They are also at The Waterfront Market Swansea and Cardigan town market, local food festivals and shows etc.
Top quality, low milage food direct from the farm to the consumer and carefully prepared for healthier eating. As a “foodie” I have gone far and wide in the UK to find good meat and this is the best.
