Top restaurateurs and cookery schools also look to the Eastwoods for fish and seafood, not least because their traditional smoking methods bring out the very best flavours of their wares. A take-home service provides customers with leak-proof insulated cool boxes packed with ice.
World of Fish, part of this outstanding complex, has what is probably the largest selection of wet and exotic fish and shellfish in the region: Cromer crab, lobster, tiger prawns, red snapper, red mullet, tuna, swordfish, parrot fish, grouper, shark, sardines, squid and king scallops frozen or smoked.
