We are producers and suppliers of home reared organic saltmarsh lamb and beef. Our cattle and sheep are grazed on the saltmarshes of the River Severn on the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust Reserve at Slimbridge. Lambs and calves are reared right from birth to the highest organic standards in the UK, set by the Soil Association.
We use a local abattoir and butcher, which reduces"food miles to an absolute minimum.
