Our breeding herd and growing pigs live outdoors in fields at Lacock in Wiltshire. They are fed naturally without the use of infeed antibiotics.
David Wilkinson personally controls and monitors production to ensure the highest standards from conception to plate. The welfare of our pigs is paramount.
All butchery and preparation is carried by ourselves at our Lacock premises. This way we can guarantee that all our products are of the highest standard and are fresh.
The most tender and delicious pork I have eaten, from pigs raised outdoors in Wiltshire. The company won GOLD, SILVER and BRONZE at the Taste of the West Food and Drink Awards 2006 and supply direct to the public as well as through some outlets and farmers markets. I have eaten and thoroughly enjoyed their pork steaks, pork shoulder, faggots and pate.
