We change our menu with the seasons using as much local produce as we can. Right food, right place, right time. There is something deeply, unshakably right about eating food in season. It is about seasonality, certainly, but also about going with the flow, cooking with the natural rhythm of the earth. Earth cafe, run on the basis of Buddhist ethics, is a relaxing and comfortable place in which to enjoy delicious, healthy and affordable vegetarian food and juices.
