Crossroads Farm Shop, contained in a 17th Century building, is owned and run by Messrs. J. H. Hewson & Son and is located on the edge of the village of Eastwell, near Melton Mowbray.
It also houses a private Museum of old farming memorabilia and equipment.

As a family-run business we produce all our own vegetables, pork and lamb for the shop and our own beef when available. We also have free-range eggs from our own hens.

Well sell home-made cakes and locally produced jams and preserves, "Belvoir" cordials and Presses. We also have a range of greetings cards and "+Traidcraft" along with Angela's hand-crafted products - her speciality being decorated horseshoes.

Anyone who could say the animals are uncared for is from a town! The farm is not scruffy - it's a working farm. The piglets are with their mothers in clean straw - they put a sign up when there are new borns- see for yourself. the food is seriously good. They sell their own lamb and pork and local beef. the pies are amazing, as is the homecooked meat. The veg choice is very good for a farm shop and they have started stocking cheese, pickles etc too.. Overall this is is excellent.

This is an excellent farm shop. Thursday's is baking day and the home made pies, sausage rolls and cakes etc are delicious. I really do not understand the previous bad review, it is a farm that knows and cares about its livestock, run by farmers who have been in the business all their life. I would not buy meat etc from anywhere else

Nice shop but Scruffy farm. Much livestock in dirty conditions locked in. Still old farming values, i.e. animals don't come first.
