Welcome to Emmett's of Peasenhall, a Rick Stein Food Hero! Suffolk hams and bacon made in a traditional manner. Mild cured, gently smoked or the sweet pickled, a great black Suffolk ham. The production of these all takes place on the premises behind our shop. If passing why not step back in time and come in and see how it is all done!
Who could ask for more the best Suffolk produce combined with some of the best of Spain all found in rural Suffolk. Their own hams and bacon are famous, also try the great local cheese, bread from Metfield alongside chocolate, honey, olives and wine from Spain.
