Owned and managed by Kevin and Milly Stokes, Farndon Fields has been selling its produce to the public since 1983. The first farm shop was located in the farmhouse garage. By 1998 its success had prompted the construction of purpose-built quarters across the yard and Farndon Fields Farm Shop has never looked back – or stood still – since having been expanded again in 2005 and 2007.
This is a gem of a farm shop selling the farms own potatoes and other seasonal veg. A really impressive range of different varieties - their salads in particular always look so tempting. Also on sale is meat fron their on-site butchers, Lubcloud Millk, Sparkenhoe Red Leicester, Quenby Stilton and locally baked bread. Their fresh flowers and Christmas trees are also excellent. To top it all and to make this a place to visit from some distance (we are an hour away!!) is the top class cafe selling yummy cakes and really decent coffee. Can't imagine why no-one has listed this before me!!
