We sell ORGANIC SOAY LAMB and MUTTON. Soay Sheep are a Scottish breed indigenous to St. Kilda. They are extremely agile which makes them ideal for living on the farms coastal sea braes. They survive on coastal grasses and seaweed making the meat exceptionally lean and tastes fantastic! We sell organic meat boxes of SOAY LAMB and MUTTON which are available to buy at the farm or from the Knowes Farm Shop near East Linton.
