A hut, a fisherman, some fresh fish and a knife - That's what we like, the freshest fish in town, prepared to order.

Right on the beach(actually on the pebbles) behind the Hove Bowls Club and tucked in amongst the fishing boats and nets. Truly fresh fish straight from the sea and an expert fisherman on hand to skillfully fillet to order. I bought some cod recently and I have never tasted fresh fish like it, for kebabs with mushrooms and green pepper.
