Food Safari is a new venture which connects food and drink lovers with the dedicated and inspiring people who produce it. Based in Suffolk, we run a year-round programme of events around Suffolk’s unique network of food heroes. You will hear the fascinating stories behind these products, learn more about how they are produced and even take part in hands-on workshops.

Safaris
A typical safari will involve a guided tour of several sites including a smoke-house, a vineyard, a beach-front fishing shack, and an organic mixed farm. “If you’ve never tried Peakhill’s salad mix you’ve never eaten salad – trying a leaf of purslane or beetroot tops as you walk around the field is a memorable experience"

Workshops
These will include demonstrations and workshops in vegetable-growing, bread-making, brewing, and wild food foraging.

This sounds like a great venture, please keep us updated here on freerangereview.com and don't forget to add your events as 'sticky' notes so others in your area can get involved.
