100% Free Range. All our pork comes from our own herd of free range Saddleback pigs reared on our farm near Heysham. At our Carnforth shop we make our Great Taste Award winning sausages and dry cure our bacon and hams and salamis. Our pork was voted finest in the North West at the 2008 North West Fine food awards. We also have 4 weeks matured rare breed beef and Herdwick lamb. Meet us at Lancaster market on Wednesdays and Saturdays to taste a sample.
