Organic farm just south of the M40 on the Fosse Way. Produces organic (soil association) Berkshire and Gloucester Old Spot pork; Slowed reared organic grass-fed lamb, grass reared Beef hung for at least 21 days (not yet organic but reared to organic standards); organic Geese, Turkey, Duck. Guinea Fowl and Chicken.
For Christmas they are preparing the ultimate Christmas lunch - the 5 bird roast - a bronze Turkey stuffed with a Goose, Duck, Chicken and Guinea Fowl with a layer of organic sausage meat between each bird - you probably need a big houseful and a strong dining room table for that!!

All the stock is reared outside for the majority of the year, only going inside when the weather makes life hard for them. They feel this means that the animals enjoy a great quality of life, socialising and plating in small groups allowing all to flourish.

They also offer a weekly pack of meat comprising a Sunday Joint, Chops or Steaks, a midweek joint along with sausages, bacon and eggs for the weekend - delivered locally for free.
